By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service, and that you will be recieving a digital art piece, and there is no physical item.

When commissioning me, please provide:
- a clear, existing character reference. (i will not design new characters)
- additional references for specific poses/expressions/themes you have in mind if possible
- if you wish for me to draw in a specific style from my previous work, please specify
commission process:
- Contact me via any method listed on the main page ( discord preferred )- If I accept your commission proposal, I will let you know if I am available immediately, or if I have other commissions in progress. Wait times will likely be short, but I don't want to start too many projects at once for the sake of transparency and organization.- I will produce a sketch, and during this time you may request 3 major revisions free of charge. Please be as specific as possible in your request so I understand what you want! Any major revisions past the original 3 will result in an additional fee (5 USD)- Once the payment has been sent, I will continue working.- Following check-ins will be sent at: lineart, flat color, shading, and final render (if applicable)
Once you have approved past a specific stage, I will not make any significant changes.
(ex. I will not make changes to the lineart after I have finished coloring the piece)- If you would like a file with layer data (.psd / .clip), please request it within one week of your commission being completed. After a week has passed, these files will be deleted.
payment policy:
Payment can be done through either PayPal Invoice or Ko-Fi ( USD ).- All payment is upfront. If the price of the order exeeds 50 USD, I am willing to discuss a 50/50 payment plan.- If payment is done through Ko-Fi, a 5% fee will be added on in order to make up for the cut.- Any unsolicited payments through Ko-Fi without prior contact and confirmation with me will be considered donation, and will not render you entitled to receiving a commission- Full refunds will only be available during the sketch phase, or if I have not started on your commission yet.
- 75% refund can be provided after sketch approval
- 50% refund can be provided during the lineart/flat color process
- I will not provide any refunds beyond that point.
usage:As the artist, I may post any finished commission to social media. If you would like the commission to be kept private, please let me know upon completion. (No additional fee)As the client, you are allowed to use the artwork for personal use, ex. profile picture, wallpapers, reposts, etc. Credit is not required, but you may not claim the work as your own, and you must link to my profile if someone asks.You are not allowed to:
- Profit off of my artwork (ex. printing/producing merch of my work). If you would like to commission me for commercial use, please disclose that beforehand so we can discuss additional fees.
- Alter my work without my permission. Small changes such as color filters and design changes are OK. Do not edit in anything I have stated I will not draw.
- Feed my work into AI- I may reuse discarded sketches(from heavy revisions or refunds) for my future work. If the client wishes to keep these sketches without my future use, a fee will be charged.
deadlines:
- Turnaround time depends on the complexity of an order. Simpler drawings will typically be finished within 1-2 weeks, but for complicated/detailed pieces, please expect longer (~1 month)- If there are personal circumstances, I will alert the client as soon as possible.- I work on commissions either one or two at a time through my waitlist in order to keep things streamlined and to not overwhelm myself.
- If you would like to skip the waitlist, or if you have a specific deadline, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss rush fees.
additional terms for geometry dash levels:
As an artist who primarily draws Geometry Dash fanart, I understand that my audience may want to commission me to create new designs for specific levels, which I would not typically allow.However, I am willing to compromise, and create a design with no additional fee, as long as the commissioner is okay with me having creative freedom with the design(suggestions are permitted), and ownership of the character for potential future use. This only applies for GD levels, and I will not create new designs for any other reason.I may decline a commission under the basis of not being able to pull an interesting design I can be happy with from the level.I will also not create new designs for levels I have already created designs for. For any commission listings on my Ko-Fi (ex. YCHs, doodles), terms may differ. Be sure to thoroughly read the description.

- I do not provide commissions for sketches/lineart. All work will be flat colored at minimum (this can be negotiated for additional character additions)
- Complicated character designs and props may be subject to additional fees. I will discuss this beforehand.
- Simple-shaped typically refers to object ocs, small animals, etc. (additional character prices dont stack for them)
